The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to solicit a competitive small business set aside request for quote (RFQ) for the development, design, construction of test assets, testing and validation of the assets, and delivery of a Level III Technical Data Package (TDP) of a Long Life Reusable Container (LLRC) for the diesel engines for Medium Mine Protected Vehicles (MMPV) Type I Panther and Mine Clearing Vehicles (MCV).

This requirement will be solicited under Solicitation W56HZV-18-Q-0024 and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of responsible offers who meet the requirements listed in the Statement of Work. The prospective contractor must be determined responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104 and FAR 19.601.

This RFQ will be available on or about 19 October 2018, and responses will be due 30 calendar days thereafter (subject to change).
