This agency proposes to issue a solicitation to add NSN 3120-01-417-0133 via L27 Addition and Deletion of Items (AUG 2017) clause to the long-term strategic contract, SPE4AX-19-D-0017 which is sole sourced to LORD Corporation (Cage Code 76005).

The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to LORD Corporation. The proposed contract(s) will be for a total five (5) year period of performance, inclusive of options. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the Contracting Officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. This is proposed to be a FAR Part 12 effort. The contract is a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.

The letter solicitation will not be posted on FBO.
