Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The RFP-solicitation issue date 05/01/2017 and respond due date 05/31/2017.

This requirement was authorized by purchase request 67225797; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights.  A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-0934 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-605-0862, Longeron for 12 each.   Item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity.  Item is Critical Application, and Critical/Flight Safety (Navy CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on April 11, 2017. Export Control does apply. Item is in accordance with  Part Number - 74A331115-2019 requirements.  Approved sources of supply: Boeing Company Cage 76301; Northrop Grumman Cage 76823; Pacific Contours Cage 1BCP9.       

Required delivery objective is 300 days total for total production.  Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.  Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
