The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an order to Thomson Reuters Marketing LLC to obtain 10 hard copies of the LPC Gold Sheets Weekly. Thomson Reuters is the sole provider of the LPC Gold Sheets Weekly.
Thomson Reuters Marketing LLC is the only source providing up-to-date statistical and analytical information and breaking news on syndicated credits in an electronic format that can be easily disseminated.

This requirement will have a period of performance of 10/1/2014 - 9/30-2015 with two option periods; option period 1 - 10/1/2015 - 9/30/2016 and option period 2 - 10/1/2016 - 9/30/2017.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal; however, firms that believe they can provide the service that fully meets the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a competitive basis, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
