The Department of Justice is interested in research relating to methamphetamine use and addiction in Montana. Specifically, the Department seeks qualitative research on how, when, and why Montanans start to use methamphetamine and the resulting addiction. The answers to these questions will aid the Department in crafting evidence-based prevention programs with other stakeholders, including other state agencies, the legislative branch, schools, tribes, federal and local partners, and non-profits.
