The National Institute of Allergy and Infection Diseases (NIAID) in support of LIR intend to negotiate on other than full open competition Maintenance Service on a LSR Fortessa from BD Bioscience 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose CA 95131.  BD Biosciences is the original equipment manufacturer and is the only source of certified technicians and spare or replacement parts and software for this instrument.  This is not a request for proposal all responsible sources who have the capability to perform these services with certified BD technician and BD certified parts may submit a response that will be considered.  The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.  All responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (EDST) March 20, 2015.  E-mail to [email protected].
