The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to update CLINs for Design Verification Testing (DVT) of Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System ECP-I-ARC-0472, and Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) ECP-I-ARC-0433 on a sole-source firm-fixed price basis to Northrop Grumman, 7301 Sykesville Rd. Sykesville, MD 21784-7404. This procurement will be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-15-G-0008 Order 0006.  The estimated delivery for the order will be 31 May 2019. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336413.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman is the only company that can meet the agency's need for the above requirement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
