The project’s general work occurs in two physically separated locations. Tahquitz Mainline Sewer Replacement consists of the removal and reconstruction of the existing sewer system in Tahquitz Street and adjacent alley Lyon Avenue Sidewalk (Phase 1) consists of the construction of curb ramp, sidewalk and local drainage along Lyon Avenue near Appaloosa Drive. As part of the work the Contractor shall furnish all labor, technical and professional services, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. *** NOTE - The award of the Contract, if made by the Owner through action of the City Council, will be to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, based on the lowest total of the bid prices on Bid Schedule No.1 plus Bid Schedule No. 2. The Bid Schedule included in the Contract Documents must be filled out, signed, and uploaded to be considered. The signed bid schedule is the basis for determining lowest responsible and responsive bidder and control over the line item tab where conflicts exist.
