(2) Remove the check mark on 11a in revised J.2 10 DD Form 254 Amd 0001.

(3) Replace J.2 07 MIP and LOEP with J.2 07A - Communication Maintenance Index Pages (MIPS) and List of Effective Pages (LOEPS) Amd 0001 and J.2 07B - Facility Maintenance Index Pages (MIPS) and List of Effective Pages (LOEPS) Amd 0001.

(4) Correct period of performance start date for CLIN 0004 from 21 Dec 2020 to 01 Dec 2020.

The deadline for submittal of proposals is revised from 13 Aug 2020 to 17 Aug 17 2020.
