Requirement: The Housing Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality of the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from firms or individuals to develop and finance the construction of 35 town homes on the grounds owned by the USMMA. These dwelling units, which are to be used as living quarters for select faculty and staff, shall range in size from 1300 to 1600 GSF. The developer will need to have the capability to coordinate the design, planning, financing, and construction of these units. Location: On a number of designated tracts of USMMA land in Kings Point, New York. Availability: Available for phased occupancy commencing on or about January 1, 2005.
