This is expected to be a supply contract, Firm-Fixed-Price.  Contract delivery expected to be 30 days or less.

Funds will be obligated by the issuance of the contract.

Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)(15 CFR 700), and the contractor will be required to follow all of this regulation. The FOB Point is Red River Army Depot (Destination).
