The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis from L3 Communications, 600 Third Avenue New York, NY 10016 and its distributors. The requirement is a Firm Fixed Price supply contract for a quantity of 5, M1300 Millimeter Wave Power Modules (MMPM). The requirement dimensions must be 7.5 x 8.5 x 2.6 inches. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No other responsible sources were found to have competitive proposals from the posting of the synopsis.
