Salient Characteristics:

> Barrel must be stainless steel.
> Rifling must be single point cut.
> Barrel must come finished with length of 20 inches to meet Service Rifle standards determined by Civilian Marksmanship Program and National Rifle Association.
>Barrel muzzle must be threaded with 1/2 X 28 threads for standard M16A4 muzzle break.
> Crown will be straight cut to length so it can be hand finished by Precision Weapons Section.
> Standard heavy barrel contour for National Match M16 with rifle length gas tube.
> Gas port should be drilled in a groove and not cutting through the lands.
> .223 Wylde headspace will be finish cut to a 1.4636 headspace gage on a mil spec bolt.
> Will include barrel extension installed.
> Flats will be cut for front sight a-frame.
