This notice is to assess the  marketplace availability and industry capabilities for providing the necessary facilities, tools, parts, special tools and test equipment, and labor to refurbish legacy M2A2 Operation Desert Storm (ODS) Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles to meet 10/20 standards.
