The Government will solicit (M67001-16-Q-0114) and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13, Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% small business set aside, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 314999, All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills, business size standard is 500 employees or less. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86, effective 01 February 2016 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20151230, effective 30 December 2015.
