The Contractor shall be responsible for delivery and integration support of an integrated development/debug environment including the Built In Test (BIT), the Computer Development Station (CDS), and the Debug Monitor (DM) software for use in M Series OFP, development, integration, and maintenance for the F-16 MMC 7000A hardware configurations.
The contractor shall provide to Hill AFB product releases as well as software maintenance and support for the BIT, CDS, and DM software. The Contractor shall provide technical support, as needed, during the M Series OFP, development, integration, and maintenance for the F-16 MMC 7000A hardware configurations.
Raytheon is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the MMC and any executables or source code must match exactly with the existing MMC executables and source code to allow proper updating and interfacing with the M series OFP. The Government does not own and cannot provide data for the MMC.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by Monday, 1 December 2014, 2:00 PM (MST) will be considered by the Government. The Government will notify parties of the outcome of any proposal submitted in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
