The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager, Close Combat Systems (PM CCS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in and industry technologies available to support/provide the production, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping and delivery of the M88 Volcano Practice Mine Canister used to train on the Volcano System (M139). 

The results of this market research will be used to help determine the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be procured (in full or in part) via a small business set-aside (SBSA) or via full and open competition. All SBSA categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.

All contractors interested in this potential future solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
