Requirement Background: 72 Mobile Aircraft Arresting Systems (MAAS) trailer wheel/tire assemblies require refurbishment. The trailer wheel refurbishment involves replacing the tires and split rim steel wheels, adding new tubes and liners, and applying two-part flat-proofing foam/catalyst. This is crucial for the mobility and implementation of MAAS. The vendor will be responsible for picking up and returning the wheel/tire assemblies once refurbished.
