SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT: The OCC's Economic and Policy Analysis Division (E&PA) of the Economics Department requires a responsible vendor to provide web-based products to facilitate economic and financial analysis of the U.S. economy. These products shall provide ready access to historical data, forecasts, and written analysis of the U.S. economy, including regional detail by state and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The vendor shall have proven analytical expertise in the areas covered by the products. The vendor shall provide technical support to help E&PA users retrieve and understand the data and forecasts provided. The resultant contract will contain a base period and FOUR (4) one-year option years.

This is NOT a small business set-aside. It is a full and open competition using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal that will be considered by the OCC.

OCC anticipates awarding the contract in June 2016.
