Magee Field Improvements Project “Scope of Work” Summary The Magee Field Improvements Project will provide a new press box and concession/restroom facility for the football field at Magee Field. Concrete Bleacher pads, sidewalks, and other features will be constructed. The buildings will be built to meet all applicable standards and specifications from City of Pensacola and Florida Building Code. The Contractor shall be a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida. The project shall be constructed in 180 days from notice of proceed date, however, the press box shall be fully operational for facility by July 18, 2021.
