The purpose of this amendment is to release an answer to a question regarding the subject solicitation.

Question: Will there be any disbursement of the award up front?

Answer: The Government shall pay in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act as follows:

1) 75% of the funds - After inspection and acceptance of the delivered equipment
2) 25% of the funds - After inspection and acceptance of installation and the system achieving fully operational status
