Magnolia part numbers MA-194c/MA 204 apply.  Period of performance is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011.

Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. for the services are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan.

As a condition of award, the awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov).
