NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following public works contract will be received by the Purchasing Office of the Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York to be dropped off in Town Hall Drop Box no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on , February 25, 2021 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud: Maidstone Pavillion Roof Replacement Bid No. EH21-006 Specifications are available from the Purchasing Department Office by emailing

[email protected] beginning on February 4, 2021. These specifications have met with the approval of the Purchasing Department. All bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid meeting, for EH21-006 on Thursday, February 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Masks Required. The meeting will be on site, located at Maidstone Park Pavilion, Maidstone Park Road, East Hampton, New York. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope.
