To whom it may concern:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

Contractor will provide a new equipment "Elevate Letter Sorting System" (and associated equipment, including but not limited to; hardware and software) on a contractor hosted environment via commercial internet to automate the sorting of the 20K receptacles

System shall date stamp, separate, and sort letter and flat (11.5" x12"x0.25") sized mail pieces via a machine fed process with speeds up to higher than 14,000 pieces per hour.

System shall scan all letters and flats until they are successfully sorted into the 16 bins according to the sort schemes. To resolve handwritten piece of mail, the system will include SBR Plus and LVE (Local Video Encoding. The SBR Plus product utilizes a secondary OCR to resolve hand printed pieces
