1. Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition Consulting services to assist our application teams with the proper setup and administration of the various project areas required to support the use of the Micro Focus Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition tool and the legacy applications. Duration of services is expected to be 10 days and includes travel and per diem expenses in accordance with the JTR. The Government reserves the right to award on a sole source basis if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency in response to this request for quotation. No paper copies of this document will be issued.
