The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract for Maintenance and Repair of the installed Advance Console System, Siemens HiPath 4000 Computerized Branch Exchange, located at Moody Command Post, Moody AFB, GA. This system consists of the CBX, ACS which are Siemens touch screen turrets, administrative terminal, interface units to various radio circuits, station line equipment, OptiPoint telephones, digital recorder, and other ancillary equipment necessary to provide complete communications services to the Command Post. Primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are capable and authorized to perform maintenance and repair of the above listed products that are installed on Moody AFB. Moody AFB certifies that the Siemens HiPath 4000 and associated components described above are all in good working order prior to the acceptance of this Support Plan and that all records in place that are to be updated by the contractor are current and up to date. The contract shall consist of a one (1) year and four (4) option year period. This NAICS Code for this requirement is 811213. This requirment is intended to be sole-source; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 811213 are being sought as sources for the forthcoming solicitation.
