The U.S. Department of Labor, (DOL) Office of Procurement Services, intends to award a sole source FFP contract to Rigaku America Corporation, 9009 New Trails Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381-5209. The Department of Labor has a continuing need for maintenance and repair of the Rigaku X-Ray Diffraction Analysis Instrument (XRD) to support the office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Salt Lake Technical Center (SLTC). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all quotes received by April 15, 2015, 4:00pm EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
