Non-personal services to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, material and transportation to provide preventative and corrective maintenenace on an automated material handling system (AMHS) in building 7977 at Germersheim Army Depot in accordance with the attached revised statement of work.  Period of performance will be for one (1) base year to begin on 1 May 2008, with thwo (2) one year options.
