SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MAINTENANCE OF FLUKE BIOMEDICAL TEST EQUIPMENT. Information requested is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to provide maintenance for biomedical testing equipment and repairs at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The Contractor shall provide scheduled preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs), calibration, corrective maintenance and as-needed parts and service for the following biomedical test equipment: INDEX-2LFE (6), CUFFLINK (6), MEDSIM300B (3), QA-ESII (1), 454A (2), DPM3 (1), DMP4 (7), 07-453 (PULSE COUNTER) (3), ESA180 (4), KEITHLEY TRIAD KITS (2), VTPLUSHF (7), IDA4P-4CHANNEL (6), IMPULSE 7000DP (9), MPS450 (10), INCU (2), ESA620 (10), AND 07-MASS (DISC MASS) (4). The contract will be a fixed price type contract (NAICS Code 811219). We request all interested and qualified firms respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: (1) Name, Address, Phone, Fax, e-mail, DUNS number and Business Size (if Small Business, also list any applicable sub-classes i.e. 8(a), Hubzone, Service Disabled Veteran, etc).
