The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thermo Electron North America, 1400 Northpoint PKWY, STE 10, West Palm Beach, FL 33407; DUNS# 138388090; pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)- Only One Responsible Source. Thermo Electron North America is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the OEM is the only company authorized to service the equipment.
