CR412R S/N 49605083; and Sorvall Legend MAC S/N 40607737. All items will be covered for one year (payment in arrears in accordance with Federal regulation), with 1 preventative maintenance visit per year included, and are located at 1600 Clifton Road NE, Building 17, Atlanta, GA 30333. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
