The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a purchase order to AS&E for the annual renewal of fourty-seven (47) X-ray machines nationwide. The proposed purchase order is for maintenance renewal services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with AS&E under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Subpart 13.5.
