COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (MAINTENANCE SERVICE SOFTWARE FOR PHONE SYSTEM) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This procurement is in support of Defense Media Activity (DMC) at 23755 Z Street Riverside CA 92518. Solicitation/synopsis reference number 2165-0173-0641 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word “quoter” substituted for “offeror”. (b) Note that para (k) requires quoter to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at time order is issued and throughout performance. (2) FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation – Commercial Items) (JAN 1999) with the following insertion in para (a) “lowest priced technically acceptable quote with acceptable past performance.” Technical evaluation will be whether quoted items satisfy all requirements in CLIN 0001 to CLIN 0005 below.
