The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Plasma Sterilizers, Sterrad NX, and Evotech. This requirement is for a period of performance from 28 September 2018 through 27 September 2021 (base and two (2) one-year option periods). The contract will also include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) as ASP is the OEM and the sole source provider for maintenance and repair due to proprietary rights for all software and parts.
