Preventative Maintenance Service Level Agreement for Vevo 2100 Ultrasound equipmen, service to include: To provide complete 12-month coverage for parts, labor and travel for all Vevo 3100 products including MX tranducers, PM visit for one year coverage period, initial response time via telephone or e-mail guaranteed within 24 hours, telephone and e-mail-based technical and application support (5 days/week, 9am - 5pm) EST in North America or Amsterdan time in Europe and includes travel and overtime labor if required.
