Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing Make Ready Services (paint, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, gardening etc) at the properties located in various sectors of Islamabad, in a professional manner in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with minimum value of PKR five million and maximum PKR 120 million per contractual year. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ to follow in the month of July 2014 for the actual response date.
