The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Codman Square Health Center Inc. on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) due to proprietary data. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. In accordance with FAR 6.301(d) the Government will consider any proposal received by the due date for this combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The request is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 and DFARS Change Notice 20081218. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 and the size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation number FA3047-09-T-C0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
