This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unless otherwise noted herein. The NJ Army National Guard requires mall banner advertising in Central New Jersey, most specifically in Mercer County. The vendor shall provide service for 52 weeks. POP: 1 MAY 2017 - 30 APRIL 2018. The vendor will offer one double-sided banner advertisement with a minimum size of 8 feet high and 14 feet wide.

2. The vendor will include ALL production costs, including modifications to the artwork requested by the New Jersey Army National Guard, in their bid. Artwork will be high quality and high definition. The vendor shall be responsible for the installation and removal of advertisements.

Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Offers will be evaluated on price and technical acceptability.

This requirement is classified under NAICS code 541850. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.
