The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Zoho Corp., 4141 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton, CA 22102 for software support of ManageEngine ADManager Plus Professional Edition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 518210 with a business size standard of 32.5 million dollars.  A quote is being requested under solicitation no. DJF-19-1800-PR-0003774 using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in and attached to this notice.  This will be a fixed price contract for 12 months.  Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that Zoho is the only source to meet the FBI’s requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Zoho does not have any authorized resellers capable of providing this software maintenance.  The proposed contract action is for software maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of TLE 41,usc (c)(1).  This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.  Interested parties may indentify their interest and capability to respond by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information to Stacy R.
