This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS under RFP number 1605-CIO-17-NAT-0175. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94, 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=browsefar. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Size Standard is 27.5M.

The Department Of Labor, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires maintenance support for Manage Engine products as listed in the attached RFP.
The period of performance will be 12-months from the date of award, plus two, 12-month option periods.

This solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside. The vendor shall quote ALL items and submit an authorized reseller/partner letter of ManageEngine to be eligible for award. A vendor's failure to submit all proper documentation requested in the RFP will NOT be considered for award.

Third Party vendors will NOT be accepted. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order, and the evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer.

Vendors are advised that an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive an award. The vendor's Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) must be completed in the SAM database at the time quotations are submitted.
