The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island plans to procure Manned / Unmanned Teaming Expanded Capability (MUMT-X) for the AH-64 Apache. The Government plans to procure this requirement sole source from Boeing, 5000 E. McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215-9707, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 8V613 in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Boeing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the AH-64 aircraft and will perform the software engineering required to design, integrate, test, and deliver AH-64E Operational Flight Profile (OFP) software to support MUMT-X compatibility on all AH-64E configurations. Boeing possesses the technical expertise, data, and experience necessary to execute this requirement.

The Government plans to utilize a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract for a period of 33 months from date of award.
