The Contracting Department, Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed-Price provisions in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The contractor shall provide leadership, refresher, and familiarization training for civilian employees and supervisors (military and civilian) of civilian employees to enhance knowledge, increase abilities, provide tools, and sustain individual excellence and mission readiness. This acquisition will be solicited as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. The locations and dates of the courses are subject to change, however, all courses will be conducted within the Continental United States (CONUS). The resulting contract will have a five year ordering period.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541612 with a size standard of $15.0 million.
