The Project is located at San Joaquin Delta College, Manteca Center, 5298 Brunswick Road, Manteca, CA 95336 and consists of the construction of a 40’ x 140’ equipment storage building with six (6) 23’ 4” bays, 35’ column span, 16’ at the eave with 1.5:12 pitch coved on one (1) 35’ west end wall; and 140’ south side wall, 5’ overhang on the north open side.
