AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract to Quantum3D Incorporation, 1759 Mccarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA, 95035-7416. This requirement is for the 772 Test Squadron. This acquisition falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 "Commercial items" and FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures".

DESC: This requirement is to provide Mantis Advanced Marine FX Plug-in software licenses to support the out the window (OTW) image generator (IG) system upgrade. This system upgrade includes proprietary software, installation, and training needed to upgrade to the Windows 10 integration program.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 and the size standard is $38,500,000.
