1. Do the draft FEDLINK documents (ie. SOW, pricing template) adequately address the current market and practices? If not, please provide recommendations.
2. When pricing discounts by category of books, do you have a schema by which you decide which book goes in which category?
3. What pricing structures exist other than list price with discounts?
4. Are there print or audiovisual formats or content areas that FEDLINK has not considered that you would like included?
5. Please describe best models for : 1) online ordering 2) shipping 3) invoicing 4) additional services
6. What makes your company unique amongst the competition?
7. Who do you consider your competitors?
8. What are your specializations?
9. What is the best way to categorize your core services?
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES:
Written responses to this RFI should be submitted as answers to the questions. Submit responses to Janice A. Aiken via e-mail to: [email protected] and [email protected]. Submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday, April 25 to be included in the Government's analysis. Proprietary information shall be clearly marked. The Government will not be responsible for any proprietary information not clearly marked.
The Government may elect to contact RFI respondents for clarification on the information submitted.
