1. Product Description

The RCO- Regional Contacting Office has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of 140 each ergonomic sit to stand desks and 140 each anti-fatigue mats in the following quantities and locations in support of employee health and wellness:

• 115 each sit to stand desks 413th CSB, RCO Hawaii- WAAF-Schofield Barracks, HI
• 115 each anti-fatigue mats for 413th CSB, RCO Hawaii- WAAF-Schofield Barracks, HI
  • 25 each sit to stand desks for RCO Fort Wainwright, AK
  • 25 each anti-fatigue mats for RCO Fort Wainwright, AK

1. Background

The 413th CSB- RCO Hawaii has a requirement to procure Sit-to-Stand Equipment for the workforce to develop a Ready and Resilient Workforce. This equipment will serve to drive organizational enhancement by reducing the likelihood of “Sitting Disease” occurrences within the workplace, improving workforce health and wellness, increasing employee morale, reduce absenteeism and reinforce organizational and workforce pride and dedication.

Sit to Stand Adjustable Desktop

3. Salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name item that an “equal” item must meet to be acceptable for award.
4. If alternative items are proposed, the quote must include the technical specifications and product brochure supporting the Salient Characteristics below for the Government’s evaluation.

Standing desk sized to accommodate for dual-monitor and extra gear setups or large workspace needs. Must meet the following salient characteristics:

• Platform for Monitors: Approx. 37" wide (plus/minus 2”) x 15” deep measuring from center (plus or minus 3”) (or equivalent centimeters) to accommodate larger, 24’ or more dual-monitor setups
• Base, excluding lower keyboard/mouse deck when lowered, must not exceed 24” in depth in order to fit within office cube dimensions
  • Two-tier design: upper display surface, lower keyboard/mouse deck
  • Lower keyboard/mouse deck must be between 26” and 36” wide and between 12” and 19” deep
  • Electrical, Spring or hydraulic -assisted lifting mechanism
  • Must be able to switch from sitting to standing position electronically.
  • Must be capable of holding 44 lbs. or more
  • Able to electronically adjust straight up to multiple heights 15” or more
