This amendment is to extend the closing date until November 22, 2022 5:00 PM CT.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for 53 (each) Datascouts, Part Number DS10G-FAAF, NSN: 6625-01-679-9183 by Tempo Communications Inc.  The FAA contemplates award of a Fixed Price – Stand Alone contract that will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest price that is considered fair and reasonable by the FAA.

Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, November 11, 2022.  Bids can be electronically submitted to [email protected].

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 P.M. CDT, November 11, 2022, will not be considered.  In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
