The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Electronic Control Units (ECU) and Piezo ‘s as follows: (1) Marotta Part Number 4836285, Model MCURV-21; two (2) each and (2) Marotta P/N 285110-0002, Model MFV (Piezo); four (4) each to Marotta Controls, Inc., Montville, NJ. Marotta Controls, Inc. ECUs and piezo electronic valves are the only components that can interface with the existing vehicle computer control system without extensive testing, modifications and significant costs. Marotta Controls, Inc. is the only provider of these devices that can fit into the compact unique existing spaces on this vehicle computer control system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 333999. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88.
