A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Arcus Corporation (DBA: Mart Tech Services) 2450 Adie Road Suite 100, Maryland Heights, MO 63043-3504 for removal and installation of Mart Washers and EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025317Q0054 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are included in the attached solicitation.
