Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport is planning for a potential acquisition for two (2) Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washers and two (2) Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems for the Pearl Harbor MK48 Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA).   An inter-connectivity capability is required between the Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washer and Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing System.  The Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing System is currently the only approved wastewater processing system by Pearl Harbor Navy Region Joint Base Environmental Department.  The Government's intent is to sole source to Stingray Manufacturing for a firm fixed price supply contract.  However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.  The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this request for information.  

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
